A broken wiper could be dangerous in the winter. What if it fails to clear your windshield and you can't see out that side? Personally anything dealing with my vehicles gets replaced when it is needed.Ok, we're having a discussion. My passenger side wiper is broken. It works fine, but when you lift them to clean the windshield of dirt or snow, it falls askew. I just pop it back into place. It just doesn't LOCK into place. G is telling me to change it. My theory though is I replace in spring, because the blades get eaten up by the ice. He's saying just to replace it now. Am I being TOO cheap by not replacing it now and again in spring? They're only a few bucks, but stuff adds up and it still does its job.
