He's MUCH better this morning! Not 100% but definitely on the mend! He's gotten his sense of humor back. We went up last night to change his sheets because he sweated so much that the sheets were damp. He thought he'd actually wet the bed. But as we were changing him, he looked up smiled and said, "what are you guys doing waking me up again? Don't you know I need to sweep to get better?!?!? Oh you guys!" Cracks me up! And I actually got a solid 6-7 hours!

I am glad he is feeling a little better and I hope your daughter only has a mild case.

Yellow beak is not a good thing. Means yellow skin = EE

With Ameraucanas, in splash, is it okay to have almost a lavender color to the legs? Everyone else has the slate legs, but the splash barred roo has a lighter almost lavender color to the legs. I could get a pic of them. Everyone is locked up because of the cold.

I was madly in love with that trio until a fox broke into their run mid day and killed him and one of his girls..The hen that was left was mauled horribly but survived...she has yet to lay an egg since and its been 4 months;( They used to run around my feet at lock up until i picked them up,snuggled them, and safely put them to beddie bye! Lol i love it!
