I am satisfied. He is re-sending and refused my offer of paying shipping on the new eggs. He's sending them in April when I have my incubator free. Fingers crossed on a good hatch. I have two red dorkings in my incubator right now and two blue orpingtons in my brooder. My only problem is I had my Arkansas Blues in the incubator and wasn't concerned about keeping track of what was what because I didn't have any other blues. Guess what? I'm now playing eeny meeny miny moe. What color legs are orpingtons supposed to have?

All chicks have yellow legs for a few days or weeks because of the yolk.

BHep - 2 of the SFH eggs made it to lockdown. 1 has hatched

and the other one is pipped!

mrheinz77 - 4 of the Icelandic eggs made it to lockdown. All of them are from pen # 14. Tues is hatch day.

I also heard back from him. He is re-shipping mine in a couple of weeks as well, this time in the foam shippers. He really is a very nice man to deal with. Plus his birds are top-notch, so I am also quite satisfied and looking forward to raising some of his chicks.

Heh, that's similar to what I did with the puppy photos: This is a big styrofoam igloos and a couple props. Thought the shots turned out pretty cute. The styrofoam was nice for grip, they didn't slip about. Love my little igloo backdrop. LOL Oh, and altered the colors on my logo-to-be. Better, I think...more readable. Which do you like better? (Right - before; Left - after)

Hurley, I LOVE the igloo backdrop! What type of lighting did you use? Adorable puppy!!! I like both the logos, but I prefer the revised one. The colors are calmer to me. The only thing with the revision is that the very pale color of the tree makes it fade into the background more. I guess it depends on what you're trying to achieve.

G'morning!! We are approximately 1 month 16 days 15 hours and 43 minutes from the first day of Spring!! Yes, I have a countdown on my computer. It needs to move faster. Woke up to more snow on the ground.

And they are calling for more snow this week.

You know Mother Nature, you don't have to make up for the lack of snow last year all in one Winter. You can spread it out over a few.
