I think I am just not meant to have turkeys. My 4 blue slate eggs I got for a swap had 3 clears and 1 blood ring. Back to the drawing board.

Don't give up Krafty!!!!! Turkeys are the coolest bird ever! They can be a little hard to hatch and raise. How about I send you a couple of eggs in your box? I have had great hatch rates.

I got eggs from ProfTi... ALL 6 are growing strong !!!

here...awake...with the acrid burning taste of skunk in the back of my throat.

trying to wash it away with coffee but it isn't helping.

the guilty dogs are in the backyard, but since the deed happenned right outside the front door there is no excaping it except to come to work...so yeah, I have tucked my tail and run away with my fingers in my ears singing: "LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA...." until tonight when I am going to have to deal with it.

A break from home life would be good at this point, lol. Not bad at all. Ok well my home life is usually just holding dogs or playing with chickens or gabbing on the phone with BM6.

I'm ready to get back to my normal home life.

You roo's are soo sweet. I keep trying to get a picture of them, they snuggle down in their bowl at night to sleep they are funny. I am getting rid of my silkies this weekend so that will free up a pen for the basque so the boys might get out of quarantine the week after that.
