No broccoli, limited carrots. It's a super restrictive diet - her tummy can't process fructose, which is in almost everything natural and processed.I sometimes stir it up with some veggies, broccoli carrots and such. Add smoked sausage, like kielbasa, but kids like it with chicken or hot dogs. Add a little parm, toss and there you go.
I think I'm going to saute some garlic and finely chopped onion in oil then toss in some olives and oregano.
ETA: Usually I don't even try to make anything with tomatoes, and they're a huge no-no, and I don't want to have to prepare two separate dinners, but spaghetti is a comfort food for me, and I totally need some comfort food.
