Lost my SFH rooster today. Hubbie moved them to the pen behind his workshop near where the garbage cans are. It was to be a temp solution, until we could get the roof put on the new house. I think it was a coon, but not positive.

WAIT a minute-you can't sell Barbie! She is mine, remember?

But she eats so much and Bullet won't breed her >.< so I either have to borrow someone else's bull or buy one, and it's just not working :( She's going to a good farm where they will milk her :)
I know the largest that Home Depot carries is 4'x4', I think. One of the brand names for the corrugated plastic is Coroplast. It is available in sheets of 4'x8', like plywood, if you can find a dealer. Sign shops use it and if you can convince them you are using it for chickens and not to compete with them, they may sell you some of the big sheets. Otherwise, just Google Coroplast or corrugated plastic and see if you can find a supplier close by. It comes in different thicknesses, too, at a supplier if you want something sturdier.

ETA: Just looked again at Thespoiledchicken's brooder. Looks like your Home Depot carries the 4'x8' sheets. I wish mine did.

I called my HD :( They don't have it. Booooo! Now to call sign companies!

DANG SAD, we have lost so many to possums, and one single coyote attack got about 20.
We have been pretty good since letting our GSD run loose. She is getting on in years though, and her hearing is not what it used to be.

On the bright side I have a ton of SFH chicks from Bhep in the incubators and brooders and some from GFF, and Locally. I also think I have two from you in the bator. I am swimming in SFH's.

Oh and the dollar tree carries some of the plastic cardboard sheets too.

Oh man, Okay- so the cheapest place is $19 per 4X8 sheet. The most expensive?? $348/sheet!!! No, I'm not kidding! What the heck are people thinking? LOL

Well Lowe's can't order it in for me =/ The biggest they have in their system is 36"X30" :( So I'm on the Home Depot 800 line now... I'll ask about the military discount and when they expect to get the 10 pack back in stock...
