well... I have one Augsburger. The two little sickly chicks from GFF didn't make it. Maybe I will get more next time

WOW! That is sad! Will the seller do anything about it?Ok, I am peeved. The box of my missing Bantam Chocolate orps showed up today and 2 of the 9 were dead. But I think I know why they were delayed now. They were not shipped in a usps Approved box. They were shipped in a Express Mail Box with holes cut out. Also I bought 9 Chocolate Orps not splits. 2 of them are not chocolate they might be splits but the auction said chocolates not splits. There was no bedding in the box just newspaper laid on the bottom. The top and bottom of the box are so wet that can't believe the box didn't fall apart. I mean I thought they were a reputable seller. But I doubt I will ever buy from them again.

OMG, I would be so ticked off. I've heard of someone else shipping in a box like that. Why in the world did the post office accept it? And if they are black, they may be split for chocolate but it depends on how they are breeding.Ok, I am peeved. The box of my missing Bantam Chocolate orps showed up today and 2 of the 9 were dead. I doubt 6 week olds could fit in that box. If the 2 blacks turn out to be hens and they are just straight black hens. What color rooster was this person using? And if you could please PM me the user name so I don't ever buy from them. I'm assuming these came off of RBA?There are 2 that are black with white in there wings, but the auction stated Chocolate no splits.
The pics of them out of the box is of them running around my kitchen and drinking out of the dogs water dish. They were really thirsty after there long trip. They were supposed to be 3-6 weeks old. Although I don't think that at least 2 of them were past 2 weeks old.![]()
