Sat in Chatanooga ALL day yesterday, no scans since

the missing shipped live birds is just NOT okay! Eggs are a bummer but live animals = no bueno!

Well I was just down in the basement checking on them and I was picking them up and all of them are sooooo skinny I can feel there breast bone. Oh, and to top it off I think they have scaly leg mites. There legs are puffed up like it looks when chickens have scaly leg mites. Is this normal for orps or is it even possible for chicks to get this. As a precaution I sprayed all of there legs with scaly leg mite. Good grief it has been an awful week.

My neighboor hit my Shar-pei yesterday cause he flys up his driveway. Yet he doesn't live up here it is just a barn. Good thing I keep meds and Triodine-7 on hand just in case cause i have too many animals to let anything happen and I can't afford the vet prices. She is limping around and has a nice gash (spelling) on her hind leg. He has hit 4 cats in the last 4 months and he has killed 3 cats in the last 2 yrs and hit another one of our dogs 6 months ago. He can't see very well and he drives so fast up the driveway. I have asked him on several occasions if he could slow down before he ends up hitting one of my kids.

i mean seriously that the solution. I am not the one who sent sickly chicks and i would have accepted half my money back but that was like a slap in my face.
