I just skipped many, many pages. If anyone had something addressed to me, please let me know. I'm just taking a short break from work to try to breathe.

I have eggs from Madam that came in last Tuesday. They have been setting since then waiting for me to show up. Do I dare try to incubate? Just keep a close watch?

Has anybody heard from Srpaint or gotten any of the sebbies eggs they claimed from her last fall. I pm'd her but haven't gotten a response.  I thought the geese start laying early and stop early too.

I do know that my peafowl still have not laid me 1 egg or even my guineas which I think is strange.  They usually have laid a bunch of eggs by now. Maybe it is all of this strange weather we are having.

I received my 2 swaps, but pmed asking her a question about her mailing them and never heard back. Ive since finished the hatch, so that tells you how ling it has been. Maybe she is sick?

Anyone interested in Disney DVD movies or Original CSI series DVDs???

Me, me!! The Disney, especially the animated ones, but I LOVE the older Disney movies, too..

I have a brahma from papabrooder hatched!!! Either a gold or buff laced!!

Can't tell you how happy that makes me, have had really terrible hatches from shipped eggs, but I put these in lockdown about 30 hours early, I hope it makes a difference.. theres a faverolle and BBS orp pipped, too (it was hens choice eggs)

I was noticing today as I moved chicks that I only have 1little BCM baby roo out of the seven I hatched from Ayeupchuck. How lucky is that?

Awesome! I'm having a hard time right now. There's a nearby "farmer" if you can call her that. She's about to ruin the market on bourbons here. She's building an inbred bourbon army. I almost bought turkeys from we a while back but when I asked about lines or how she kept the sideline breeding at bay ie brothers and sisters, she said oh I don't new to the hens choose the toms and they know to stay away from their bothers and sisters that's all I got!

These people are crazy and are going to ruin a working farm that they've inherited. They've got alpaca, turkeys, chickens, geese and pretty much anything else you can name running around. They had four types of turkeys running together and had a hatchery out to sign papers but were told they'd have to separate the breeds. She even told them. Oh they stick to their own kind. the hatchery people were like all us when they're separated.

So now she just has narans and bourbons and is planning on having 100 toms and 600 hens for breeding. Sigh. Some people's children

Any ideas of what I got on the eggs you sent me? Two were marked B. The rest are blank. Looks like 4 medium brown bantam and 3 light brown LF are the others. If you don't know, I'll play guess when they hatch. LOL It definitely wouldn't be the first time. I still have a black featherfooted something I can't identify.

got them all.... Ok, I must admit.. I am a disney fanatic, always have been since I was old enough to remember. Always was a dream to get to go to Disney world- We went 3 years ago- it was better than expected and just completely magical! So, I try to get every movie as soon as they come out. ---- The only problem with Disney World is that I can't take my chickens with me

Did you get bantam chocolate orp eggs from me? The B would be from my black hens. I have no birds that are LF and lay a decent size brown egg. My White bresse are still laying pullet eggs.
