.................We have 4-5 gunnea eggs a day.............I am not setting them................if anyone wants them PLEASE let me know. I am willing side swap them out and always looking for yummies, or PP works too and they are prices CHEAP. Otherwise I will leave them sit and collect every three days and feed them to the dogs lol

Shipping is easy especially older birds. Younger ones freak me out when I ship them.

Rarely have trios, but I can always buy just the pullets out of the pairs and then resell the roos....generally don't get back what I have to pay for them, but I have had to do that with my Spangleds to get a second pullet, so it's worth it in the long run.

Pairs work if can't do trios. I can always make a pen of mixed Buttercup, OEGB to keep the hens from being worn out either that or sell as you said. I have to tell you the funniest thing, my Birchen Marans pullets are in love with my Buttercup Bantam roo. Every time I let them out they run over to the pen and stay right beside him. He spent a couple of nights in with them because all his hens are broody, and now they think he is Mr. Perfect.
