Yup. They made everything better in previous generations. No wonder I went for a man with such an age difference... they just don't make anything like they used to, lol.

The orpingtons from TNBEARCHICK have begun to hatch! I have one bantam chocolate out so far (that's all I will get for chocolates 1 out of 2 eggs made it to lockdown). A few lavenders and lemon cuckoos are working on hatching. I only have 2 swaps owed to me from February (for spring eggs). TNBEARCHICK - silver pencilled rocks and Kraftyladies - chocolate orp eggs. After I am done hatching those, the incubators are getting shut down for the year.

Holy freak. Does anyone have any pictures of butt trimmed birds? These cochins have crazy butt feathers. Enough that they have major dingleberries! I think I trimmed enough, but it'd be nice to see some pictures for reference. Yeah... asking for chicken butt pictures... Only on BYC.

Our neighbors in Shreveport completely remodeled their kitchen and had a new wall oven with glass door installed (bought all new appliances from Sears).  The first time they used the oven she put the food in where the baby was crawling around on the floor and followed him into the den.  10 minutes later the supposed to be tempered glass oven door exploded throwing glass shards everywhere and embedding them in all the new kitchen cabinets.  Thank goodness the baby had crawled out of the kitchen or it would have killed both of them.  They never did find out what caused the door to explode.  Sears wanted to replace it with the same model.  UMM, NO!
