internet explorer, whenever I try to PM or reply to threads without using the full page editor for threads I get a message that tells me to type a message first

Maybe try firefox, it must be something with your browser settings. Do you have cookies & javascript enabled in your internet preferences?

I am not CPL

but I think the time limit as currently enforced works well. I've seen swaps occur at 2am Eastern time on this thread. The current time limit forces offers to be changed around, allowing more options to be offered. I think it keeps the thread moving, which is a nice characteristic of this thread. I would suggest another rule, no swapping between 6am and 9am Eastern time so that Pacific time zone folks don't miss out on the actions. Just kidding.
