The rule applies to everyone participating. Therefore it is fair.

To me, 12 hours simply means that paypal will need to be offered to keep your time down- no big deal to me personally. If I list eggs which do not move in a few hours or less I will add an offer of paypal - THAT is why I like this particular swap- Offers aren't stalled for weeks at a time like all the others. Just my 2 cents

I hope you don't close the thread. I like the changes, if someone is offering something desirable they will move in less than twelve hours I am sure.

When people stall the thread when spring comes, we will be happy with the 12 hour rule. That will keep the eggs moving then. However, while out is fall and winter, there are fewer people wanting to hatch. So, it's out possible to wait closer to spring to change this rule? I think the other rules are fair, but I'm afraid the 10 swaps will only be beneficial for a small number of people. Again, once spring comes, this will be great, but right now it only helps a few while others are struggling just to claim the offers now when so many people have 10 swaps. Just my 2 cents worth.

If I thought making an offer late in the evening would penalize me,well, maybe I just wouldn't offer it that late.
