Hatching Eggs / Paypal CHAT Thread

ah, so I am good to offer something for my first swap? (paypal, I am thinking, since I am not sure if my eggs are fertile yet.)

I struggle with deciding whether I think its willful or just that they are growing sales and not adjusting their operations accordingly, and therefore not really able to pay attention to the details or provide excellent customer service. I would like to think it is the latter, in which case they need to hire a business consultant or have someone give them some objective help on how to grow effectively. Growth can be painful in a company if not managed properly, and I personally think we the customers are feeling the pain at the moment.
Frankly, when are making the money you are with the price you are selling chickens for, you should be able to hire someone to man a computer and a phone. Heck, they don't even have a phone anymore. And getting them to answer an email in a timely manner is a joke.

Totally agree.

At least you got your money back.... the green egg layers... she is STUCK WITH THEM and no help replacements or money back, just DOWN the DRAIN!

That sounds like a terrible situation... Has anyone had any positive experiences with GFF? I was going to maybe get some birds from them but now... hm.
