Hatching Emergency

my duck egg had pipped yesterday at lunchtime... barley through and I got up this morning still no progress... but I notice it’s pipped at the wrong end . I’ve peeled back a little shell but unsure if to keep going membrane had started to brown on edges ???

Hav just peeled a bit more looks like his head under his wing... are duck hatch messier than chicks

Yes I am not a Hatcher but chicks seem to just pop out ducks can get complicated hopefully someone with hatching experience will be her soon to offer advise.
