How long have they been on? I would take them off.

I think you should just take them off. They might cause more harm than good
I know that if it is to be corrected it has to be done fast. I have been watching videos of full grown chickens with the same problem. All of them constantly pant and drag themselves around. I'll cull before I let that happen. They look and act miserable. I see this as an attempt to avoid culling..

I'm keeping a super close eye on her. She couldn't even walk before so I see improvement either way.. Just so long as she isn't dragging herself around..

If chick can walk leave them on for 24 hours, then remove them and assess.
Definitely get it into the brooder so it can eat and drink.

So I can say 100% success.. The assisted baby now has straight toes and is beboppin with the rest of them!! 7 set and 7 chicks!!

How long did you leave the booties on?

I left 2 booties on for about 4 hours. She stopped walking so I did a re-check and one foot was ok.. I left her be for a few hours then I recast the other one through the day and left it untill morning. In all about 19 hours..
