Yes, it's an Rcom Suro. I love it. Or should i say I love them as I bought a second one last month. The only issue I have found is that the fan needs changing out every second or third hatch but you can get them pretty cheaply and it's worth it for peace of mind. I use a Brinsea Spot Check therm in there too just to have a back-up but as long as the fan is in good working order then it's pretty spot on.

All Externally Pipped and keep enlarging the pip area a little more while rocking their eggs. They're not in any hurry so more waiting

Havent thought of a name yet but it has been nicknamed Kermit due to the green tinge it had at hatch! It would be amazing if it was a Sebbie as that's what I wanted all along and thought I wasn't going to get any after the packing disaster. Very cool!
