Hatching Help please

I am brand spankin’ New to this incubator hatching world and I need some help sorta fast please. I had 9 Osceola eggs saved from a destroyed nest from bush hogging our cow pasture. I did my homework put them in the bator 2 of the 9 were a no go and 5 have hatched and are doing great. Which brings me to my please HELP fast question. One of the last two has cracked the shell to start his journey out of the egg and was super active wiggling all over and made a hole but did not actually break through the membrane to breath it’s been a while but I don’t know when to step in and help I don’t want that membrane to dry out and hurt/kill him. I appreciate any help and or advice, I’m doing my best as a rookie to save these lil babies.

Keep your humidity up in incubator.
The poult can breathe fine. It may be 24 hours after pip til they hatch.

Thank you feed man, I’m keeping a steady 71-75% humidity level.
