Hatching in egg cartons

The babies that was born was all sticky and thick mucus on them. But they seem well now.

Your description of the sticky substance sounds like the humidity was too high during early incubation but if your eggtopsy showed earlier quitters and not fully developed chicks that were stuck then it's possible the cartons were causing issues with the air flow around them. A lot of people that use cartons recommend cutting holes in the bottom to allow for better ventilation.

Do you also use a secondary calibrated thermometer/hygrometer?
