Where is the white veiny stuff coming from?  I can't see the picture very well at all.  Picking him up and holding him should calm him down.  Keep him warm. Look him over really well while you're holding him.  Maybe you can give more details, so we can help.
Yea sorry about the picture. The white stuff is coming from his bottom. There's like a tiny hole that I THINK it's coming from. Here is a pictue: by the way I am going to examine him now, I will keep him warm. This is the best picture I could do.

I enlarged the picture. It will be easier to tell if it's something serious when he's all the way dry. I've never seen that before, but really difficult to tell by a picture. Once he is dry and rested more I think you'll be able to tell it it's something serious. I know they want to be with someone right away, shortly after hatching. They're supposed to be under a mom, which you are that mom now. That would explain why he's fussing.

Ya, Maybe. I just dont know do you think it could be the yolk sac?

I've had ones hatch with the yolk sac still outside the chick (they didn't live). I knew right away what it was. It is, of course, the size of a yolk, yellow, within a membrane. I learned recently on a thread that you can save the chick by putting a warm damp paper towel in a tea cup, and put the chick on top of that, and place inside the incubator. The sac supposedly absorbs in maybe 12 hours, not sure on the amount of time. I remembered in case it happens again.
