Hatching Question? Is He Ok!

I have a couple of eggs that have a couple pieces of shell of, but the white sheet is fine, no hole in it. Is the chick still going to hatch even tho it didnt break through the white membrane? and another question, one of the eggs have a tiny amount of brown fluid type stuff that came out of the pip.. what is that??

i jsut hope it doesnt die from getting no air because of the membrane
