Hatching question

Hi everyone. It's been a while since I've been around but I'm back with questions! I'm hatching some chicks in my classroom. We got set up with our local 4-H group. Today is day 19 and we went to take them off the turner this morning (I was told it would be better to take them off at day 19 than before we went home for the weekend at day 16) and found that one has already pipped. I quickly took them off the turner and closed up the incubator and brought the humidity up. Now for the questions....1) Could it be a problem that it was at 30% humidity when it pipped? and 2) now I've gotten it too high and it's at 80%, is this going to me a big problem?

I think you'll be okay, just try to lower the humidity right now.
