Hatching question

I have a Brinsea with one egg left in on day 23. The others eggs hatched on day 21. This egg pipped with a star shaped mark about 12 hours ago and now looks like this in the video, but something just doesn't look right. The pip is also towards the small end.
I have had similar in the past and had tried to assist but never successfully.
I really want this chick!
Any advice please?

Gently break the shell off with tweezers, of you see vessels, stop. Keep the membrane moist with oil.

Thanks for asking. She stopped fighting shortly after that video, sadly. I wish I had intervened. Fully developed & everything absorbed.
