hatching time!!!

Well he doesn't look shrink wrapped he looks rubbery, which is a sign of sticky. I would get a qtip, don't wrap him up in anything, wipe around his nose, beak and under his beak. Leave him alone for two hours, send another pic, and start the process again.

When is his due date, we'll never mind his due date, he's beyond that point.

What is the temp, humidity at and do you have a fan or no fan..
 
We incubate our duck eggs with big end up in a turner and lay them down on their side for hatch time. We have had 95 to 100% hatch rates from our eggs this way.
 
Other way to have a god hatch rate is to get a turner that allows you to lay the eggs flat, like some of the brine sea incubators do it works great.
