Hatching turkeys under a broody chicken hen

update! 4 of the 6 were good and are pipping now! I am so excited. I hope they are all born healthy and will eat and drink. I have a brooder in case though.

Glad to see this works... I had two Orps that went crazy and refused to leave the nest, so I gave each 8 of my royal palm eggs... I am dying to see the babies.

I never hatched turkey eggs unre a chicken but I have given newly hatched poult to a hen to raise, I believe they are better at teaching them to search for food. That is just me, other people may not agree, but I seen turkey hens raise poults and they don't call the poult to come eat as chicken do.
