My baby quails are hatching! I'm doing a staggered hatch and a few days ago I hatched my first blue polish chick. Today I have 7 eggs on lock down and so far 5 have hatched. They are just sitting in there egg crates. So Tiny! There are the brown stripped ones and the ones with white by their eyes, sorry I don't know the colors. I also have 8 more quail eggs due out next week and chicken eggs due out on 9/2 and more eggs going in right after I take these quail out. This is so neat! My first hatched quail! (My last attempt with quail eggs was a sad flop, I lost everything in the Bator due to a bad thermometer)
