I have the same problem with a new chick born yesterday. I am grateful for the advice about spraddle leg and will try a splint. She was born under Mum and may have been trampled, being the last and smallest. On the other hand it might be a form of meningitis which I have previously treated with amoxicillin successfully, but not in one so tiny. She seems to grip my finger with at least one leg so I am going to put down a small square of carpet under Mum to see if that gives her more purchase on the floor of the brooder. Will let you know how I get on.
