Hi everyone I'm new her obviously. My name is Johnny and with my fiancee Stephanie we are starting a little 'homestead'. It's really just 5 acres in the nature coast of Florida. We have a horse (Gypsy), a pony (Peaches), 2 dogs (Kota and Bailey), 1 old hen (Mahi), two new hens (Nugget and Hopper), and 2 new ducks (Pancake and Launchpad). We have a very nice garden and lots of blueberry trees and other fruit trees. My fiancee (girlfriend at the time) had 6 hens when we met. Due to unfortunate circumstances we now only have the 1 original hen. But that was our first time with chickens.
