I had the same problem but in the opposite way this past summer when our temps were 116 to 118 F. here. I ran out there every couple of hours to check on them and the water.
WOW!! Gosh, that's hot! I guess I'm lucky in that regard... it hardly reaches 90 all summer here!
Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
alpaca wool gloves! Alpaca wool is soooo soft and warm. But expensive. Once I treated myself to two skeins of wool and it was $25. I crocheted a nice beanie. Will not be buying that again!


I could invest in carharts, but already have this. Ha.
