For the first time Ever I’m dealing with poultry mites. I’ve cleaned the coop and run, but am looking for wAys to treat the chickens themselves. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Are you in the US? Permethrin garden dust or ready to use spray is the preferred treatment for mites. Repeat permethrin in 7 days to get the mite eggs. Some use the more expensive Elector PSP with good results. With mites, they can hide in the cracks and crevices of the coop during the daylight hours. Most people empty the coop and nest boxes of old bedding material and take it far away or burn it. Then use Gordons or Martins permethrin 10 concentrate mixed with water 1 tsp/5 ml per quart of water to then spray the coop, walls, nests, and roosts. That is sold at most Tractor Supplies and online. Mites are hard to control, so examine then often.
