They will be fine, just leave plenty of food and if your friends are checking on the fresh water situation then you have nothing to worry about as long as they are secured for time you are gone.
When the weather is really bad here, I do not turn my loose. They have a huge waterer that gets filled with fresh water daily and a hanging feeder that holds several days of feed. They are fine locked up.
