Injuries?? lol. Last broken bone I had was from surfing, First time surfing, shallow beach break and I was about to fall off the board in no more than 2' of water so rather than fall back and take a chance on breaking my neck, I stepped off the board right into a small dip in the sand. The wave crashed down on me slammed all my body weight plus the water weight onto the side of my foot breaking two of my metatarsals in 6 places.
I ended up having surgery to pin the bones back together, was out of work for 3 months and havent tried surfing since.
before that I tore up my medial meniscus in my left knee while working, thank you people and your heavy luggage
I was pulling an 80+ lb international bag off the carousel and as it was pulling me along i pulled hard on the bag, grabbed it and twisted on my knee to put it in the bag cart and about halfway through my turn my knee went *POP*
had my knee scoped, had about 2 months off work and a few months of rehab.
I sliced a nice chunk off my pointer finger at work a few weeks ago trying to dislodge a bag stuck in the baggage system. I was using a metal pole to reach it and the pole slipped and my finger went sliding along a nice sharp piece of steel.
Broke my big toe at work a few years ago, jumped off the end of the beltloader and landed toes first on the tarmac with my back foot. I didnt know it was broken and thought I had just stubbed it so I worked another 5 hours till I couldnt walk on my foot at all and had to go to the dr's.
broke my wrist once in highschool when I was in gym playing basketball , the one time I actually showed up for gym...and me and another kid jumped up for the rebound, slammed into each other and I landed with my hand behind me , palm flat and broken wrist.
I've had tons of wrecks on motocross bikes, couple concussions, cuts , scrapes and bruises.
the only bad motorcycle wreck I was in was when I was about 13 yrs old my dad and i were fixing up an old honda for my mom to learn on and we went to take it on a test run on a dirt road behind our house.
We came around a blind corner about 45 mph and some %^&*&*$ had strung a steel cable across the road. We had no time to stop, hit it at 45mph, I got thrown off the back and my dad took the full hit across the chest. He ended up in the hospital for a few days with a few broken ribs and a concussion and I was knocked out cold for awhile.
Keep in mind we have lived on this road for 3 generations, it was a dead end with only one other house on it. some morons from out of state bought some property on the road and decided they owned the entire road and proceeded to sink two telephone poles in the ground and string steel cable across it with no warning to anyone who may be coming around the corner.
lucky for me it was my dad driving and we were on that bike and it wasnt me or my younger brother on our bikes, we would have been decapitated for sure.
