Okay... I want some cinnamon-chocolate chip cookie eggs!!! How awesome are those!
I am very partial to the speckled and freckled eggs... can you tell?

And that I can/did. Had a couple girls lay practically cinnamon-chocolate chip cookie eggs. Literally had little bumps where the black splotches were.

I'm a bit of an egg freak.

I love those eggs. Fun idea and I hope it works out! That would be a great novelty. I'll be wishing her luck, neat eggs and cute name. I can totally see it catching on, if it breeds true.

Yes, the chickens do indeed read BYC. I was asking for a red-and-white checked chicken, and I got this:



And this:



So clearly, yes, ask your hens and you will get it. They read BYC at night when we think they're roosting.
