I know some people can't get in because they have weird characters in their usernames and or passwords. For example, an apostrophe in your username will make it so you can't get in. If you have an odd character you can ask a staff member to change your username to remove it. There are about 10 people in chat and none of them have spaces in their usernames, so let me see if the chat software developers have any ideas.

Anybody else that is having problems and doesn't have weird characters in their username or password.... it will be a bit harder to troubleshoot your issues because there are a ton of people who are getting in just fine.

To hopefully speed up troubleshooting let's find a commonality:

Details on what you did and didn't do to get in.

In general, you click on the chat link and you should be able to get in.

O.K.....here I am and believe you me I am lost in this maze HOWEVER I shall figure it out....Anyone out there have a problem with bobcats???? We had one dash out of the woods - gun shot along side of our deck (with my husband sitting in his favorite chair, on said deck) - scoot down five steps and grab one of my Light Brahmans and deep right on going without skipping a beat.....

love the wild life but not when it is devouring my chickens..

Ok, I tried again using OzarkHen and then ozarkhen since no spaces are allowed...still not allowed in.

good I got to use one of the new smilies. Now the only place I can get to chat room is by clicking on the Index right?????

logged out and relogged in (had forgotten my password earlier so thot that might have something to do with it) >no go
changed password (the one that was auto sent did not have strange characters)... >no go

(serious...I clicked on the "reset password button, it asked me to ent4er my email (which I did) then told me no such user existed > yes I used the email I registered with>at the time I tried to get in there were only two ppl in the chat room)...perhaps this has something to do with the scheduled "user hours" allotted?
