Having a Bit of A Problem, And it Seems I'm Not The Only One...

I'm also having a problem. Unlike others, my gray "bar" doesn't ever make it to the end. I get about 1/4in into filling, then goes backwards, pauses for 10 seconds, and then tells me "an error occurred." It does the same thing in IE and Chrome. I'd get a screen shot, but there's no way for me to post it.

Take a screen shot and e-mail it to the support e-mail. They will want to know the same stuff as they asked on here. Versions of explorers your useing, addons turned off, clearing history, ect. I posted my post this morning and i got a pm asking me to e-mail the pics i was trying to upload to the support e-mail for here. So it seems they are working on it. But from what i see alot of people saying same thing about haveing problems, but they're not listing the versions of explorers and addons that they are useing or any details on what they have tried.
