having a couple duck problems

1 question is i have 5 call ducks and they are 8 weeks and are constantly wetting their bedding and i just noticed they raw redness on their feet i tried changing their bedding something else but it irratated it i want to know how to treat this condition which i think is called scald?
2 question i have another duck that started just yesterday flopping when she walks then goes backwards then forward to get to her water but then sits in the corner until she wants water again please i'm a new duck owner

my boyfriend is out working on their enclosure so we can get them out side but i got them inside in a brooder i was thinking of leaving in the tub but they need food and iwant my plumbing

If you have any cookie sheets and a cooling rack. It helps to put the cooling rack in the cookie sheet and then their waterer and feeder on the cooling rack. You will need to empty the cookie sheet twice a day but the bedding won’t get wet anymore.
