Having a problem with my hens getting along!

So I have 4 buff Orpington hens, due to a sad situation I took in two more hens. These are bantam very small. One of the new hens is getting accustomed to the coop and being let out and laying as she seems happy. The other hen is the smallest and oldest of the flock she is getting picked on. Well today I noticed she’s laying eggs in a different spot other than the coop. Is this normal? Due to the other larger girls picking on her? What can I do?!

I would let the chickens figure it out unless there is blood

They have to fight it out for a little while to establish the pecking order. I wouldn't intervene unless there's blood or bad wounds.
