Having Trouble Creating Album

Hello!

I am having trouble creating an album. I'm trying to make one for members to post in publicly (about raptors) but can't find the settings like I used too. I go to Gallery than I press "Add Media". Then I go to "Create Personal Album", and see the place to upload photos and add the name of the album and description, but I can't find the settings that say who can add media and who can't.

I have tried Chrome, Silk Browser, and Internet Explorer, and two different devices, but it is the same every time. I think it is just because of the new update and I am having trouble navigating around. Is it no longer possible to make an album that other members can post in?

(Also, I can't take screenshots or anything, so that's not an option.)

Click on upload file

Navigate to where your pictures are stored and select them. This is what it looks like while they are uploading.

Once they are uploaded, name your album and click save.

Then click the name of your album

Click change privacy

Change your privacy setting here.
