Someone on here not long ago posted a picture of a hawk actually perched on a fake owl

You can put all the mirrors you want in the pen. They do not cause fires. And even if you hung up magnifying glasses, they wouldn't start a fire, not as long as they were hung so that the focal point didn't focus on something combustible.
That makes sense plus I think the key is focusing it in one spot for a long time so if you have one dangling and moving I don't think it would get concentrated enough

Yeah, we came home one day to a hawk eating a rabbit in the front yard. Didn't seem phased by us. And oh wow!! Guess I won't buy one then. Couldnt find one anyway. Maybe just try the reflective idea?
