HCG???? Any success???? Any not so much success????

Please be careful with this; my daughter did the diet for 1 week and ended up in the hospital with a bowel obstruction from eating so little it was not processing and passing; our bodies need all types of nutrients to operate efficiently...even the fat. A slower saner diet of good foods and excercise will yield more in the long run..remember...if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. As far as I can tell this is the same stuff from the 70's that they were pushing and they finally closed those "clinics" that were giving the shots down and sued them.....again.....please, please be careful!!!

Week 5 of hcg break, same lbs and inches, but this week was a hard week at work, I had a few days where I didn't follow my eating plan and didn't gain any weight, which I think is good. It has been cold and raining here so haven't done much exercise either, but have a plan for this coming week. I am still not starting the next round of hcg this week, but soon.

I did three different rounds of HCG, lost a total of 60 lbs. Yeah the diet is rough but once you get on it, after the first few days for me, everything went well. I feel tons better and am working to keep it off. I want to lose a little more to get to my goal weight but we'll see how it goes.

Great!!!!! I have lost a total of 20 I am hoping to lose another 15 or so on the second round then tighten and firm everything. I have been very pleased that I haven't gained any back. I had blood work done after my first round and it came back great, only my overall cholesterol and bad cholesterol were high (but they were no different then last year w/o the hcg.) I know there are a lot of people that don't like it, but for me it has worked well, and if a person really wants to lose and is prepared to change there eating habits for life I would highly recommend it. But it won't work if you just go back to the same eating that got you overweight in the first place. There are several where I work that did that and they gained it all back plus. But there are several that are making real changes in activity and eating, they are keeping it off and getting healthy.

Today starts round 2. Can't say I'm looking forward to this next few days again, but excited about losing a few more pounds and inches.

Round two hasn't started out as bad as round one did, haven't been to hungry at all like the first days of round one. I know a gained almost two lbs during the fat load portion but I'm within a couple of ounces of my officail start weight. I'm really working on drinking at least 64 oz of water a day this time.

We're starting the biggest loser competition for my wife's work. My goal is to lose about 25lbs. We started on Monday, and by using Myfitnesspal.com (tracking my calories/weight/exercise) and I've lost about 5lbs. I'm excited about this--it's going well:)

Been low-carbing it since January....lost 35 lbs

Pretty much took the month pf April off, but not too overboard and still lost a few lbs. This is definately a lifestyle change I can live the rest of my life with....I can still eat french fries and potatoes on occasion...just not every day...beer too !!!!

Good Luck with the HCG

Hi
Ive only read to pge 5 so excuse me if i miss something. I am happy everyone is doing good on their diets and it seems everyone gets that permanent behavoir changes are what leads to permanent weight loss. Now ive never even heard of this diet before now so im not slandering it or anything. But i dont see how the pregnancy hormone helps you Not be hungry. When i am pregnant i am hungry ALL the time. And being pregnant makes My body Store fat. So why does it behave differently in nonpregnant people?
