He or she?? Around 21 weeks

I can’t decide if this chicken is hen or rooster and as I live in town, I’m trying to figure it out before we have crowing. I’m leaning towards rooster...

At 21 weeks that is a pullet really close to point of lay. She has all female feathering. I can't tell if she has a couple of funky tail feathers or if she's just missing most of her tail feathers?
The tail feathers are what’s tripping me up. I haven’t seen her being picked on and it seems like the tail feathers are growing longer, that’s why I was thinking rooster but I’m new to this.

There is nothing that says rooster in the slightest, your good
