He was sexed as a roo but at 18 weeks I’m not sure

At 18 weeks old with no masculine feathering and hardly any comb or wattle growth? 🤔 Am I missing something?

I agree with the others, this is definitely a pullet.
Tail feathers alone scream male and orps are slow to mature. Also everyone told me my lav was a pullet for weeks it didnt crow until 20+ weeks and didnt get saddle feather until then either. Id bet money on this being a slow maturing cockerel

Yours was a freak of nature Wyandotte. These hatchery Orps are typically a bit quicker to mature.
 
I did not see your thread, but Wyandottes are already challenging to sex and from the sounds of it you had an unusual case even at that. That doesn't mean every single lavender bird will mature the same way as your Wyandotte did, though.
 
The comb and wattles look female but when I zoom in on the saddle area I do see some long skinny feathers. A better picture of this area would help.

No I don’t think so. I just don’t know enough about chickens yet to know when I would really see the masculine feathering at this age. I really appreciate your input
