Head Cold Need help

DH swears by his "Nettie Pot" when he's having stuffy sinus problems. You can find them at WalMart, like 15 bucks or so? You basically just rinse out your nasel passages with warm water -- so no worry about mixing up with your BP meds or anything.

I use Braggs ACV for colds and sinus problems. A nurse told me about this after years and years of little to no relief from so called cold and sinus medications. I laughed at her at first, but this stuff works. I also find that the duration of the cold is a lot shorter and the symptoms are very tolerable. I take 2tbs 4 times a day with cold water and less frequent as symptoms subside. The only cold medications I take now is NyQuil at night sometimes to help me rest better.

You may want to discuss this with your doctor or health professional if you decide to try it. I don't know how vinegar may affect the BP.

I do agree with the others, if you have had symptoms this long, you really need to seek professional help. Hope you feel better soon.
