Head shaking

my cockerel is 13 weeks old and I have noticed the past week he shakes his head back and forth and then fluffs his neck feathers every few time that he dose it. Is this normal or is there something wrong non of my other 15 chicks do this one of them also being cockerel

My rooster does it sometimes also, I don't you think you have anything to worry about.

Ditto! Mine usually does this like he is preparing his vocal cords to crow. If yours hasn't crowed yet, it's probably going to soon...
