Head shaking

Hi I have a three week old chick that seems a little quieter than the rest, doesn’t run around as much, is a little slower than the rest and has been for 3 weeks. She is growing and has a clean bum and bright eyes. She does shake her head a lot though an d this is the part that concerns me. Thoughts?
