Headless chicken!

Any ideas what could be getting my chickens? Located in MT

-Yesterday, by the corrals, we found clumps of feathers with flesh attached. Found a breast bone and a foot...it happened in the morning approximately between 8 and 11.
-The next morning found this in the coop (pictured).
Do you know where the predator got in?

Not an expert but it may have been a raccoon? I've heard raccoons will eat their heads
Right, I’ve had a raccoon chew the head off of a chicken... just before sunrise I think. Raccoons are usually nocturnal...But it’s hard to say. Def not a hawk or owl because it would have carried it away.

It could be any number of predators. At this point it's just a guess. My suggestion is to put up a game camera if you have one and then you will probably find out what has been lurking. In the meantime make sure your coop is predator proof. Once you find out what it is you can form a plan on how to eliminate it. Good luck...
