Heads up on Farm-Tuff Top Fill Poultry and Game Bird Waterer, 5 gal.

Hi guys,

After a few floods, got rid of my automatic waterer and got one of these. It's very good quality and nicely priced but be careful the cap is air tight; I suggest oiling the rubber seal frequently. Mine tends to expand and retract quite a bit and it doesn't take much for air to get in and empty out.

Recommended but keep an eye on it.

My sealing o ring fell off and I can not figure out how to put it back on. Does anyone have any pics of where it needs to be on the lid

My review of this waterer is not good. I even called the company to ask them why water just pours out of this. I followed their instructions closely but it still leaks. I wanted it to work so much but its a fail for me.
