Health issue help my chicken

I have a I believe Americana hen that I've raised from 3 days old and she's developed some type of scab it looks like and it seems to have gone down a bit. It doesn't seem to bother her. It seems to make a bump on her skin and if you tug on it a bit it comes out and reveals flesh. I'm looking for the name of it and how to treat it. Please help me.
