Heart Failure in chickens

I know this an old post. My guinea fowl Grounder was diagnosed with heart failure. X-rays and especially ultrasound confirmed. He is not like other guineas, so my vet and I decided to give medicine. He is on furosemide .3ml at 8-12 hrs a day. Enacard 2.5mg every 12 hrs and vetmedin 50mg every 12 hrs. Wanted to share as I see not much info on heart failure with our backyard besties.

Could you give an update on Grounder please? Did the Enacard and Vetmedin help?
I have a hen with heart failure, the vet drained a huge amount of fluid and put her on Furosemide two weeks ago, which has helped, but she is tired and at times she has a dark comb, so I'm looking for something to help her symptoms (I know her time is limited, but I want her to be comfortable for as long as possible)
