Heat lamp removal at 8 weeks

That's pretty bad..I've never seen anything like that before..I'm sorry 😟 I've actually never bought at tractor supply.
Same here. I get them at my local co-op. At TSC, I went to get some nutri-drench (the co-op was out) and I saw multiple dead chicks in the brooder. I told them, but they didn't take care of it for at least an hour. (I may have had a slight meltdown)

But if we want to discuss this further, we can do so somewhere else. :)

Okay im trying. Yes i might be misinformed. But im trying. I was feeding them scratch grain not cracked corn. I got them on a better diet now today. I am just trying to reach out to anyone who could help me with some answers.
Scratched grains arent really much better than corn. Its still super unbalanced in nutrition, especially for non-ranging, growing birds

Best to get some chick starter crumbles and then move on to a grower crumble or small pellets.

Happy to help answer questions 😊

I would start them on chick crumbles for now.
It’s ok, we’re all learning, and here to help others learn!
